Terms & Conditions

A clear understanding, from your first enquiry to your next step.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Using our website

These terms explain the use of the GradUK Global website and how enquiries about our executive leadership programmes, coaching, CEO Club and academic advisory services are handled. Please read them before using the site or submitting an enquiry.

Website content provides general information about our approach and services. The scope of any paid engagement is set out in a separate written agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Enquiries and participation

Submitting an Expression of Interest or contacting us does not confirm a programme place, club membership or advisory engagement. Participation may depend on suitability, availability and the requirements of the relevant programme. Please wait for written confirmation before making travel arrangements or other commitments.

Programme arrangements and fees

The agreed services, delivery format, dates, fees, payment schedule and any cancellation, refund or rescheduling arrangements will be provided in your proposal or booking agreement before you commit. Please check those details carefully and raise any questions with us. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain available.

Coaching and academic guidance

Our services support learning, leadership development and informed decision-making. Individual outcomes depend on personal circumstances, participation and other factors; a particular business result, promotion, university offer, scholarship or visa outcome is not guaranteed.

Universities, scholarship bodies and immigration authorities make their own decisions. Website information is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified legal, financial or immigration professional where that advice is needed.

Confidentiality and respectful participation

Please respect the privacy and confidential information of other participants, advisors and organisations. Do not record, publish or share private programme discussions or materials without permission. Any specific confidentiality obligations, including an agreed non-disclosure agreement, will be explained separately.

Website content and permitted use

You may browse this website and refer to its content for your own personal or internal business use. GradUK branding, programme materials and original content must not be copied for commercial distribution or presented as your own without permission from the relevant rights holder. Rights and exceptions provided by law are unaffected.

Please provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else, send spam, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

External links and website availability

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those organisations manage their own content and terms, which you should review before using their services. We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but information may need updating and access may occasionally be interrupted. Please contact us to confirm details relevant to your enquiry.

Your rights

These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not reduce applicable consumer rights, including the right to receive services performed with reasonable care and skill.

Updates to these terms

We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the site or our services. The date above identifies the current version. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing booking or service agreement.
